Cancellation & Refund Policy

I value your time and want to create the best possible experience for every client. To keep my calendar running smoothly and to respect the time of all clients, the following policies apply:

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your session up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no additional charge (pending availability).

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your appointment at any time using your confirmation email.

Rescheduling within 12 hours of the session may be limited due to calendar availability.

No-Show Policy

If you miss the session without notice, the appointment is considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents the session from taking place (Zoom, Meet, connectivity), the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
